Journey Devotional

Welcome

The Journey is a devotional guide that follows the Sunday Morning teaching at Heartland. It is available for download and offers a reflection on the week's sermon with daily Bible readings for the following week. Our senior pastor Dan Deeble has written a short welcome note to get you started on your own journey.

A Simple Way to Get Started

A simple way to get started with the Journey is to use a method called SOAP which stands for "Scripture, Observation, Application and Prayer". Here's how it works:

1) Read over the Scripture passage for that day. 2) Make a note of your Observation. 3) Write down an Application of these truths for your life. 4) Commit the truth and yourself to the Lord in Prayer. Click here to see an example.
