5 simple steps before you can attend

• Register online
• Purchase the book, Systematic Theology by Wayne Grudem (available in the HCC bookstore)
• Watch our Theology webcast and read our Essential Beliefs
• Read the first assignment per the syllabus.
• Be ready for a fun, low pressure quiz.

Goals

• To worship God with our minds (Matt 22:37, Romans 12:1-2)
• To grow in the understanding of our "essential" beliefs (Colossians 2:2-8)
• To marry our beliefs (orthodoxy) with our actions (orthopraxy) (James 2:18-19)

Values

• requires motivated learners
• no experts; no axes to grind
• major on the majors
• devotional study in parallel is a must

Expectations and Eligibility

• Anyone is welcome.  However, these dives are designed as a faith deepening tool.  if you are exploring your faith, we recommend that a 1:1 Spiritual Mentorship would better suit you.
• Watch our Theology webcast and read our Essential Beliefs as a prerequisite
• Attend three of four classes per dive.
• Stay current with reading schedule.
• Take short quizzes – just for your own retention and learning.
• Class limit:  30 people
