Special Needs Ministries

Our Special Needs Ministry exists to support children with special needs and their families. We offer a 1:1 Buddy System where volunteers are carefully matched with a child based on information provided by the parents. Each child will have a team of 2-4 buddies who are trained specifically for your child's unique diagnosis.
Our special needs classroom is in the Great Beginnings (birth-K) part of our building. It is designated for all children who are not able to participate in the regular Sunday program because of the severity of their special need.
Buddies are available during the 11:00 service. It is important to contact our special needs coordinator prior to attending with your child so that we can have a volunteer available when you arrive.
Family Night Out
On the 3rd Saturday of every month from 5:30-8:30, Through the Roof will host a Family Night Out. We invite families to drop off their child with special needs, along with any siblings, for an evening of fun designed especially for them. Our volunteers will provide specialized 1:1 care for your child throughout the evening. Parents are given the gift of free time and the kids will have a blast!
Family Night Out is open and available to anyone in the community. Registration for this event is required by noon on the Monday before each session. You can register by clicking here

Through the Roof Fall Hayride
