Over 1500 people came to Theatre in the Park last Wednesday to worship, pray, and take communion together. This was a group effort of three local churches, Heartland Community Church, Cedar Ridge Christian Church and Westside Family Church as part of the "What If the Church..." series. We heard from pastors of each church and recited the Apostles' Creed together. Click here to learn more about "What If the Church..."
Attendees brought a truck load worth of donated goods that are to be given to the local charities Mission Adelante, The Hope Center, Rachel's Tea House and the Urban Scholastic Center.
We encourage you to join us for the serve day on June 7th. Click here to register for the work day. |
