Jesus said “the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” (Matthew 9:37). Therefore, we are relentless about unleashing all heartlanders into serving out of their area of giftedness. We believe that God has given each of us a unique set of spiritual gifts, passions, and personality that He designed to serve Him and others (see Ephesians 4:11-14; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11). As we do, we become most fully alive and spiritually grow in spades.
