In building a church for the unchurched, we are passionate about helping seekers become fully committed disciples of Jesus. Then, as their faith matures, we hope to unleash them into leading in an arena that best suits their gifts and passions. Below are our 3 main leadership development programs:
Our summer discipleship program for high school students. Each student spends the summer being discipled and prepared to serve the upcoming school year, while being mentored by a college intern. For more information, contact Scott McDonald.
Our summer internship program that is focused on growing, training, reproducing, and sending college students to do ministry on their campuses. Each student spends the summer living in community at the church, attending various seminars together, growing in their devotional lives, and learning various ministry skills through an internship in any one of our ministry areas.
