On Tuesday nights from 6:30-8:30 pm, Heartland will be hosting GriefShare, a 13-week class designed to help people heal from the grief of the death of a loved one, family member or friend. Video teaching from experts and people who have experienced this grief help frame in-class group discussion each week and workbook exercises throughout the week. GriefShare offers encouragement, useful advise and hope for the grieving process.
