Heartland Community Church is seeking a dedicated and warm-hearted individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. This vital part-time role (20-29 hours/week) is an incredible opportunity to be at the forefront of our Care Ministry, providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure our efforts are delivered with compassion, clarity, and genuine care. This in-person position includes Sunday mornings and some evening hours, placing you at the heart of our community when they need it most.
As our Care Coordinator, you will be instrumental in creating an environment where hurting people are met with grace and connected to meaningful next steps. You will work in close partnership with our Communities Pastor and Counseling Director, playing a key role in:
Being a Welcoming Presence: Be an active and supportive presence during Sunday services, partnering with greeting teams, responding to care needs, and offering prayer as a key part of Heartland’s front-line ministry.

Key Relationships
You will report to the Communities & Discipleship Pastor and work collaboratively with our Counseling Director, pastoral staff, Operations Team, and Creative Team.
