MVMT is our High School Ministry

MVMT meets in The Dock on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30 PM for a meal, games, worship, teaching, and small groups. Enter through door 7 (back SE side of the building) and join students from over 15 high schools around Kansas City to see what’s possible on the journey with Jesus. 

Free Meal: Every week, we provide a free, home-cooked dinner for students and leaders. We believe there is something powerful about gathering around a table

Worship: Students have the opportunity to connect with God through live worship led by our student worship band.

Games: Our ice-breaker games are designed for everyone—no athletic ability required.

Teaching: Each series we walk through is rooted in Scripture and connects to the real questions and experiences teenagers face today.

Small Groups: Students meet in small groups divided by grade and gender with dedicated adult leaders who are background-checked, trained, and passionate about walking alongside students as they grow in their relationship with Jesus.

MVMT also hosts retreats, leadership trainings, summer events, and an amazing summer camp that inspires kids to build a lifelong faith. On Sundays, high school students are invited to worship together in Heartland’s services and serve with one of our teams.
