Heartland’s men’s ministry operates under the banner of ”Everyman Ministry.”
Everyman Ministry’s vision is to lead every participating man to be a follower of Jesus.
Our mission is to create opportunities for men to gather together as a community, to grow in their knowledge of and relationship with Jesus, and to go and serve him by serving others.
Men’s Journey -
Men’s Journey is an opportunity to grow in Christ with other men who face the same life challenges as you. You have two options for taking part in Men’s Journey. We meet every Friday at 6:15 am at Heartland and at 6:30 am at Homer’s Coffee House on 80th Street just west of Metcalf. If you are new to Men’s Journey you should feel free to drop in any Friday. At both locations, we have a “launch group” just for those not yet connected to a group. At Heartland, ask for Tom Walker, and at Homer’s ask for Brad Gregory. For more information, contact Tom Walker.

Russel Rader @ Everyman Friday on Nov. 11th! 6:30-7:30 on the Dock
6:30am-7:30am Friday, November 11th
Hey guys! We wanted to invite you to come out to our next EMF event featuring guest Russel Rader. Russel is the Pastor of “Everything else” at Cedar Ridge Community church, and you may remember his talk at Heartland this summer during What If The Church about loving on children in foster care (Russel’s the guy who called Dan Deeble out for wearing Baby Gap!). He is pumped to join us a guide into the topic of “Confrontation” where we will explore together the Biblical account of Jesus’ Wilderness temptation, and be equipped as men to stand up and confront the powers of evil and temptation that surround us in our daily lives. Please join us in the dock at 6:15 am for coffee and donuts and Russel will bring us some awesome insights starting at 6:30 with wrap up by 7:30 so you can get to work on time.
Our Adult Community welcomes adults, whether single, married, divorced or widowed. If you are looking for a Sunday morning study
group, then Adult Community may just be the right fit for you. We meet Sunday mornings from 10:15 until 11:30 in room 4.
The first few minutes are spent catching up on the past week and then we dive into the current study. John Auld & Gary Blakeman facilitate this interactive discussion of the Bible and how it relates to life in today’s world. This is a safe place to voice your thoughts and hear what other people just like you are thinking. We engage with the Bible and various study materials throughout the year. Hot Roasterie coffee and tasty treats are available for your enjoyment.
For more information, contact Gary Blakeman.
