Whether you're dating, engaged, or a few years into marriage, this six-week course is built to help you and your partner name your strengths, spot your growth edges, and build real skills together — before life gets more complicated, not after.
You'll take a personalized relationship assessment (via Prepare/Enrich) and work through the results side-by-side, guided by two Marriage and Family Therapist interns. You'll meet other couples in your same stage of life, but the deep conversations happen between you and your partner — you're never asked to share with the group unless you want to.

A personalized couple's assessment you'll unpack together.
Practical tools you can use between sessions and long after
Optional follow-up sessions with our therapist interns if you want to keep going.

Cost: $35 per couple, covering your assessment — paid directly through the Prepare/Enrich website.
